Last month, the weather gods smiled and gave me a gorgeous day for a fun senior session here in Cedar Park. I met up with Cedar Park High School’s Brice and his super sweet family for some great senior photos, starting at one of my favorite road side attractions, the Ruins.
Brice, who was very quiet and shy at first, opened up and relaxed a lot when he was able to be a little more in his element. He is a member of the CPHS Timberwolf Band (who just won STATE!!! WOOO HOO!!) so he brought along one of his drums. I had him pose for me doing what he does best. How FUN is this shot with the wide angle lens?!?
Oh yeah, he rocked it. 😉
From the Ruins we traveled over to Twin Creeks Country Club to get some shots on their BEAUTIFUL golf course! We had so much fun cruising around in the golf carts looking for the perfect spots to shoot. And, I didn’t even crash, not once! haha! Though, I did scare a bev cart girl pretty good by almost running her off the cart path…. ok so it’s been a while since I even stepped on a golf course, much less driven on one. But ANYWAY, Brice did a great job and the scenery was so amazing that it made for a fantastic second location. Both of the places we shot for Brice’s senior session were special to him, and they helped tell his story so well. I was very excited about how it all turned out.
Brice, you were awesome and I so enjoyed spending the afternoon with you and your family. I wish you all the best as you move on to college – I know you will continue to ROCK! 🙂
